The Steam Winter Sale is finally here, marking the digital distribution platform’s final event sales event for the year, and just before the winner of its self-titled Steam Awards is announced next year. As with all sales on the platform, gamers can look forward to discounts as big as 80% on select titles.
To that end, several game franchises are part of the deal, including the Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Command & Conquer franchise at 40% and 75%, respectively. On another note, popular titles such as NieR: Automata is currently retailing at half price, (RM84.50), while AAA titles like DOOM Eternal and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt GOTY are being discounted for as much as 70%. On a side note, Steam is also adding some seasonal item, including some “Bird” stickers for platform users to use in their chat with other players.
The Steam Winter sale starts today and will conclude on 6 January at 2AM. So, if there’s a title on your wishlist and it’s on discount, now’s a good time to hit that purchase button.
