Over the years, several companies throughout the world including in Malaysia have been working on remote charging technology in which users can charge their device in a true wireless manner without even the need to put it on a charging stand. You can now add Xiaomi into the list as well.
The Chinese tech giant earlier today unveiled its own take on the tech in the form of the Mi Air Charge Technology. According to the description on the announcement that the company published on its Facebook and Twitter page, Xiaomi’s remote charging tech allows multiple devices to be charged at the same time.
Xiaomi also claimed that users don’t have to stay put or let their device to be idle for it to happen. They also apparently don’t have to hook up their phone to a charging receiver or put it on a specialised charging stand.
However, the actual capability and other in-depth details regarding the Mi Air Charge Technology are still unknown at the moment as Xiaomi’s announcement was rather too brief. We will keep you posted once we receive more information.
